But that is costly and time consuming and not worth it for the little value it will give you when comps will do a much better job.

For long term rentals, we typically rely on the syndication provided through AppFolio and Zillow which, between the two, posts our rentals to just about every major consumer site you can think of.

Finding a solid property management person is difficult, time consuming, but they can be worth their weight on gold.
