Donate and help all you want through other channels and you can do that better and more confidently if your financial house is in order.Nothing against vets, I'm one but like everyone else being a vet doesn't necessarily make you a good tenant.Good luck!

Now, we knew what to expect as we did an inspection prior to releasing them from the lease, communicated all that with the Section 8 program (they lost their voucher after their case worker so the video and the pictures), but still...I don't wont to be so negative and deny potentially "decent" people a good house to live in, but look at the pictures below!

It will be made very clear (in both my marketing and any verbal communication) to all parties in any potential deal that "Seller understands that Buyer is acting as a principal in the transaction and is not working as a real estate broker representing anyone other than him in the transaction, though he may hold a real estate license."

There should be some written correspondence of this "preliminary approval", by either an email or a communication thru Equator if that is being used.

It saves so much time that it saves money.Best of LuckGrant We always sheet the ceiling first (1/2" or 5/8" w/ channel) then hang the walls, which covers your 1/2" gap ... no need for moulding or hawkfuls of 90.

I even use Skype and TeamViewer to communicate with clients so I'd highly recommend looking for one of the best with great references that interviews well with you.So look for someone you can connect with that works out for your situation.Feel free to ask here if you have questions.
