I’d love to see if anyone would like to sit down(talk on the phone), about potentially partnering with a home, or if anyone has some advice on any next steps.

@Ty Joseph that's honestly all I have on my business cards (name, phone number, and email address), and it's worked great so far.

We prefer to keep it app based so that we can utilize our smart phones as opposed to going through a costly fixed video intercom monitor in each unit. 

If the later, you need to make sure your Insurance policy reflects that (Ordinance & Law coverage is the most common name for that).  

The homeowner answers the phone when calling the number on the sign in the front yard. 

Looking for suggestions on the pros and cons of handwriting vs. typing and also whether or not we should put our actual cell phones numbers on the letters or use an out of state number created through google voice (no more local numbers left).

You may also have to deduct costs like: "Common electric bill", water bill and sewer bill.

It'll allow you to get phone consulations with attorneys and maybe have basic letters written.
