I always tell them you need to have support from home... real estate at least in the transactional side tends to be a late afternoon nights and weekends gig.. make sure your sig other understands and is on board.. you cant really do real estate 9 to 5 and no weekends.. well you can maybe if you go commercial.. but not resi..
