It helps to have a multi-pronged approach with facebook ads and direct mail for brand awareness, helpful website content for trust building, retargeting ads and more direct mail for staying top of mind, and google ads for high intent keywords when they're ready for a solution to their problem.

It is my premise that college is not the only solution; but could actually become a viable solution to his many problems that he will face at his young age.Is it possible that he could become a great investor without ever stepping foot in a classroom?

I've had one guy seem annoyed like I was the 10th person to bother him with a "solution". 

The only true solution I see to this in the near future would be for a developer to buy up a whole block or so of properties and rehab them with loads of security. 

I realize that is a very ambitious strategy, but I feel could be a viable solution to investing in an expensive market place.
