MONEY IS A PROBLEM How do I get started ?

Money is a problem for me right now, I am very dedicated and motivated to grow a serious cash buyers list and get properties under contract. But, money is my biggest down fall. How do I find these distressed properties with motivated sellers so I can at least close one Deal?

OK stop.

erase everything from your mind. Erase all the responses you have gotten.... they will not get you far (sorry responders).

Look at this...

These are my leads that came in the last 2 days.

These are people that go to Google and They find ME.

But wait.. that is not all.. ohh no no,

this doesnt account for all the phonecalls I am getting from my website... like so:

So that is about what... 15 leads?In 2 days? What this is what 7? 8 a day average?

Most people don't even get 8 leads a MONTH! I get that a DAY!

Not just  lame leads.. no highly motivated seller leads. They were so motivated that they came looking for ME and begging me to PLEASE buy their house.

Now...

How much did I spend?

THAT is the question.

$0 dollars.

Well... I pay 99 dollars a month for Investor carrot to host my website... but other than that... 0 dollars.

You are not unique when it comes to money holding you back. Heck that is how I started! That is 80+? % of all investors trying to get into the business.

Am I lucky?

 yeah what ever. I had to FIGHT HARD to get this. But I did wing it. I researched analyzed tested, and came up with a plan, a GOOD plan and.... it worked!

If you want to make it without  (much) money...

You do what I did.

1) Get a domain name (a good one) 

DON'T make it XYZ "Home Solutions". Get a Good name for Petes sake people. A name that makes it immediately clear what you do. "Smelly cash  homebuyers".. perfect. "We Buy Houses In nonoyadamnbusiness" Perfect... you get my point

2) Get an Investor Carrot Membership.

If you do not have money to get a 99 dollar/month hosting... sorry but you have no business starting to invest. You need to get a job, save money and when you have 2K to spend.. try again (sorry).

3) Make your website credible ASAP. Ranking a website may take 4 months .. sure, but making your website credible can take you a DAY!

4) Work on SEO. Every day, the whole day, always. 

5) Drive traffic manually to the site. D4D (Dancing for dollars... get that floss tanga out ), Bandit signs, FB Craigslist, what ever you want to send traffic your way.

6) Find a reputable closer/lawyer, what ever.

7) Get the contract signed... and get cash buyers once you have said contract. Getting buyers is easy once you have a good deal. You will get a good deal if your website IS credible.

8) Get paid!

And that is the SURE way to do REI with little money. PERIOD!
