If you don't have time RE really isn't for you....If you wanna plop down money and have it earn for you without doing much work and is something you can do online try an ETrade account and some mutual funds.

I think this may be your best bet in the beginning as they offer quite a bit of training to new agents.A few things to remember:The interview process is a two way street: Not only are they interviewing you, but you are interviewing them as well.

Don't bet the farm on anything over 3% appreciation the next couple years in ANY market, so make money "on the buy" as they say.

If it will not cash flow then your best bet is get rid off it and buy one that will.

Do you run any anti spyware utilities (adaware, spybot and even some of the online virus scanners have built in spyware detection now I believe).
