Just introducing myself to the list. My name is Shawn Costley from Upper Marlboro MD. I'm a beginning REI and in the process of establishing our LLC and getting pre-quals before doing any serious house hunting. My main interests are foreclosures and rehab opportunities in the DC metropolitan area (including Baltimore) and some opportunities in the Norfolk Virginia area.
