New Agent looking for advise
Hi I'm from PA and I just passed my licencing test. My problem is that I'm not having any luck finding a broker. I can only work part time. No one will touch me. I have superb internet skills which all the local offices lack. I tried to market myself to them that way. I would handel all the internet requests. Since I am also a customer I know that no one pays attention to them and thats a great source of leads.
Realestate professionals/ Brokers.....any tips to make myself attractive on a part time basis?
