Downstairs: new hardwood flooring installed throughout, new paint throughout, old shower replaced with a Kohler Choregraph wall kit, new light fixtures, cleaned up existing bathroom, installed recessed lights in kitchen, new dishwasher, range, OTR micro in kitchen.Upstairs: Cosmetically I inherited a pretty nice upstairs.

New disposal, repaired some cracked tile, minor plumbing repairs, new light fixtures in entry, and dining.

New granite in the bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and fixtures.

The house had several floor joists and trusses in the attic that were cut through in order to run venting and pipes that needed to be shored up, some rotted subflooring that was discovered in the bathroom, some drywall needed to be replaced, the whole house was repainted, added a water softener due to the hard water from the well leading to discoloration of the tub, and upgraded the fixtures to make it look nicer.

And if possible buy someone, who really knows your target market, a cup a coffee and pick their brain if you can meet face to face, social distancing of course.
