Did anyone end up investing in Grenada?

My wife (26) and I (27) are wrapping up renovations on our first investment with plans to sell come spring or refinance to hold it as a rental.

Nothing good comes from ratcheting up the drama. 

Also if an architect to go in to spend a few grand to draw them up kills the deal then to me it’s not a deal if it is that tightWhat are plans for?

Part of that means that the underground tanks and pipes leading to the pumps have to be up to current code. 

You can be good enough at REI that people will give you their money to invest with them giving you a cut of the profits, or wholesaling where you find a buyer to assume your contract before closing. 

We have a ton of new grads come here and relocate to the Mid-town/Uptown/Arcadia areas which are all super close to Downtown Phoenix & Scottsdale.

As the new buyer, I would assume you walked the property and are familiar with how the "long term" tenant keeps things up.
