I am convincing her that I am educating myself, I plan to have experienced people around me, and I let her know that all the pod casts, YouTube videos and books talk about the mistakes people have made and how to avoid them. 

They tend to like higher valuations as it increases the county revenues too.The worst of the frustration is they tend to side with the higher valuations more easily, because "That's what it sold for".

Seems like it has a stable/growing employer base and an upcycle turn in Aerospace & Defense would likely benefit the city as well.Would be curious to learn what the best/worst neighborhoods are (or zipcodes).

In our experience, the #1 mistake landlords make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.

You'll hardly find a plain white subway tile among the bunch now, and this includes all the average people looking and pinning.I'm old enough now that I would become numb to trends, too, if I weren't making a point not to, not because I love trends but because I don't want to make the mistakes that so many landlords do.
