Recently at least 2 neighbors have walked to our house immediately as guests were checking in to voice their displeasure with the guests being there and how they wished the house would not be rented.

@Robert Vanecek - Assuming you gave the tenants proper notice I don't think there are any legalities a tenant could present for having more than one person come for the walk-through.
