Since you already have football players, maybe they can give you tips and introduce you to contacts inside the football organization to help you continue on the football pipeline.  

@BrandonCarlson most is considered LA County but organized by "communities" or "neighborhoods" so not actually a "city".Some include parts of Willowbrook, Gardena, Carson, Lomita, Inglewood, and plenty of others.

The work I volunteered to her is a one-time job, which is to clean the common bathroom and living room.

I run a local REI club in Milwaukee and we have an event once a year where we bring as many lenders in and they let us know what their best investor products are for the year---details for the 2021 Show Me The Money event will be posted in Bigger Pockets once it's organized.

Apparently, organizations who take deposit, i.e. banks, have much regulations placed on them somehow.
