Hi,

Lots of people who haven't set foot in some of the neighborhoods south of the 105 may say its not ideal but beg to differ. If you're interested, reach out for leads. We bought 6 years ago in a beautiful cozy neighborhood, immediately south of the 105. Appraised wonderfully, strong rentals, great neighbors. Just saying...

South of the 105=South bay area (310). Gardena is nice around, Rowley park area or even El Camino Village, is a B class neighborhood to me. But for others they may feel like its C class. There are alot of nice SFHs in these areas.
