Having recently learned about driving for $$$ I can look back and say I actually got paid to do some of that driving :)Now that I've been doing more real estate transactions (mostly rentals since I'm 23 and my sphere consists of mostly recent college grads) I've become quiet familiar with a few neighborhood rental markets including Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Streeterville, Old Town, Gold Coast, Bucktown/Wicker Park, Ravenswood, and Logan Square.
