You should be able to find insurance for that building less than $3k / year.You can find good PM's for 8% and no placement fees or other hidden fees.Also worth knowing the multi-family market in San Jose is softening right now.

For instance, a rudimentary example:Total $$ Invested: $100,000Primary Investment: $80,000Secondary Investment: $20,000Total Profit: $20,000CM @ 10% Fee off top = $2,000Remaining Profit: $18,000Primary Investor @ 80% of remaining profit = $14,400Secondary Investor @ 20% of remaining profit = $3,600My only thought is that I, as the primary investor, have put in a ton of time finding the deal and financing it in my name.

We have paid people to remove their bad reviews- most of the time it’s people that get denied because of bad credit or criminal history go on there and say something bad but we just offer to refund their App fee in exchange for them removing their review.
