Selling a property to a investor through another wholesaler

Hello, so I have a property under contract through my LLC that someone wants to purchase from me buy I have not actually closed on yet. What is the best process for this? Should I do a double closing? Or should I just assign it out to the investor? The only thing that Im confused on is, there is another wholesaler that is involved, and he has an assignment fee as well. Any direction on this is greatly appreciated.
