Scam to sell intrest into a not ready for development project..it will never get the permits..I am very surprised at the negative comments by some posters. 

This could very well be a scam or an inexperienced wholesaler.

I simply focus on increasing income rather than trying the impossible task to outsmart Uncle Scam 😏In any case, my reason for investing in real estate syndications is mainly diversification.Taxes due on 35K at exit will be higher than if 35k was never offset?

I had to deal a lot back in the day as a Real Estate Agent with fake posts that were rental scams. 

Lol   if I made the rules things would be different but I don’t just blessed enough to see how this scam (maybe a little harsh) works.

I guess my biggest issue is trying to wade through all the bs and scamming to find a truly genuine person who wants to help, believes in me and with whom I can build a long term relationship with.

I'm just so glad that has never happened before here; someone asks for peoples experiences who have invested in a company or signed up for a mentorship and new members come out of the woodwork to come to the defense of the investmentc ompany/mentor programor convince us its not a scam.

I'd say you are a only about a half step better than robo-callers who are outright scamming people.

Lifestyles unlimited and much more) Always they have some kind of tricks and upsells, additionally that prices are quite higher I would not want to be scammed. 

I’m not sure if I’ve been overpaying for skiptraces this whole time or if some of these deals are too good to be true and are scams.
