Has anyone invested with Kona Development partners? They claim to be in the hospitality projects for over 40 years.

Would like to hear from those who have invested with Kona Development Partners.

Quote from @Kelly Clark:

The local government and local activist are dead set against this project..They only have a grub permit..Theres no building permits at all..They also don't have any water or power at all..This is a train wreck. Scam to sell intrest into a not ready for development project..it will never get the permits..

I am very surprised at the negative comments by some posters.  What the negative posters are saying has not been my experience.  They have a formal syndication.  I was vetted. The Rowlands have a wealth of experience and successful, profitable projects.  They spoke with me and answered my questions. Review their business and development plans.  Find their videos on YouTube, call their office and talk to their representatives.  They have absolutely worked with government officials and have plans and permits approved.  Of course there are going to be protesters. What project doesn't these days?
Then see what milestones they have completed and where they sre now.
