Skiptracing on Fiverr

Has anyone used skiptracers off of Fiverr? I’m not sure if I’ve been overpaying for skiptraces this whole time or if some of these deals are too good to be true and are scams. I still don’t understand why people skiptrace when you are in the world of the internet. People are googling how to sell their homes fast. You just have to be in front of it. It’s like comparing blockbuster video rentals to netflix. The result is the same / it’s the experience and the ease that makes the difference.
