then maintenance on said trailers would kill you LOL  not to mention private sewage is always a risk.. not sure how much there in SC with all the sand ( I was in Charleston this week and drove by a few underground projects in progress over in Old Mt Pleasant and it was all sand so easy digging easy perc no doubt ..

@Vivian Pena Also consider neighborhoods that are in the “path of progress” — adjacencies to hot/trendy neighborhoods since the adjacent one is possibly the one that will blossom next.

@Joseph Holliway Its a work i progress, flat roof is done, windows and sloped roof the mext week r two.

Consider it being in or near the path of progress.
