I hope that the people renting homes will wise up and report these unfair practices that the GREEDY real estate market has imposed.I’d like to add some other variables to the Renter’s point of view.

Hello, I am looking for opinions on my idea both sides are welcome as I am new to this.I am a recent college graduate with in my first few months of work.

Is that standard practice?

There are concerns with this practice as a DIL can cause a merger of interest in the real property and negate the security and superiority to other claims that the Mortgagee had prior. 

Japan's 'lost decade' is old enough to drink and will be graduating from college soon.

I'm looking for an investor who wants to buy & hold a sfh that's practically move in ready.

If you're not focused on one area, it's not practical to follow proposed development districts to grab property before turnarounds happen.  

Have you done any presentations or practice?

I went to college in Detroit, and have lived in the area for over 7 years. 

So if you are using a lender in MA and there is no attorney the real estate bar may come after you for UPL (unauthorized practice of law).
