Many people will spend a couple thousand on tax lien / sub taxes, then the county tears down the house and liens it for 10K+ and the vacant land is worth less than that. 

People buy investment properties for all types of different reasons in all different types of areas that all have pros and cons. 

Doing a remodel on a 750sqft unit and am curious on what people use to haul the demo away?

There are a number of posters here on the forum that work with people nationwide, so you likely don't need to limit your search to just south Jersey. 

I could see an argument for Austin booming if Biden wins as people continue to flee Democrat controlled cities.

In talking with people already in the game, many have told us that long term rentals right now are not a great option due to high home prices and higher interest rates; they would be very hard to cashflow aside from a sizeable down payment.What these same people have recommended is fixing and flipping right now, since homes are still selling.

Other than that, many people have run properties this way and been successful at it.

@Justin Rowe I can tell you the property is basically central ABQ, near Candelaria and Carlisle. 

I'm looking for recommendations of specific brands that people verify the do remove easily!
