Too many to list.Biggerpockets sells a Lease Agreement Package under "TOOLS" at the top of your screen. $100 for a lease and several other documents, written by investors and attorney approved for your state.

They have a package that cost roughly 3k but includes entity formation along with attorney strategy sessions and Tax strategy sessions unlimited for a year along with access to what they are calling their preferred lenders who provide a mixture of private lending along with bank lending.

I don't know metro Detroit, but you might find the same thing there... a regional bank that wants to chase high net worth individuals by offering an unusually good NOO HELOC, they might make it a package deal and require that you open a checking/savings account with them (they want more of your business than JUST your HELOC, that's the point, that's their goal, that's why they do it).
