Subdividing land advice
I am a new investor, and I am looking at a property on a significant amount of acreage. It is in a very mountainous area. The seller states that it can be subdivided and built upon. How would I go about verifying if it can be subdivided and built upon legally (zoning) and based on the terrain (if building on the mountainside is actually doable)? Thanks
