My next question would be-Is the money I make from a wholesale deal taxable and if so how would I report it on my taxes if I do not have a tax ID?

The tenant that hasn't paid gets  a pay or quit notice and you can tell them you'll take the report of drugs under advisement and will take action if it can be substantiated but either way the rent must be paid.  

Since then I have been on time with all of my payments and have started to build my credit up again it's around a 620-650 depending on the reporting company.

(a) It is unlawful for any person, including any entity, to act or assume to act as a home inspector, to engage in the business of home inspection, to develop a home inspection report, to practice as a home inspector, or to advertise or hold himself, herself, or itself out to be a home inspector without a home inspector license issued under this Act.

Secondly, it seems like it would be a good business practice to give a user a chance to contest derogatory remarks on their file, similar to how one does on their credit report.
