The interest on a 30 year fixed mortgage on a quadplex is about 4.75 % but I am looking to get a 30 year fixed loan at 7% with 15% down.

The mortgage had been sold so many times that the original paperwork had been lost so the current bank had written off the mortgage after they could not foreclose.Their are opportunities to be found but you just have to work to find them.

Also, if you are active duty, you can use your BAH to pay for your portion of the mortgage, rent out the other 3 units, and be sitting in a pretty good position!
