I like what you mentioned about adjusting my budget to accommodate for 5 touches.

As far as what some others have mentioned on here, not every CPA is going to be able to effectively assist you with STR loopholes, cost segregations, and/or other tax strategies.

So any transactions where somebody I mentioned would be involved is usually prohibited.  

Without it, you could potentially wait a lot longer than just 12 months. 

They also don't usually care to cold call people because they have plenty of business just waiting for people to reach out to them. 

As to "taking control" you'll have to wait until there are board elections (typically annually although usually for part, not all of the board) and run yourself and people you control for the board seats.

I mentioned this to another lender and he said this is not the case since it will be my LLC and is therefore still tied to my personal credit.I plan to reconnect with both of them for clarification but wanted to see if anyone on here had experience with a similar situation.Thanks!

I think the most that I need to wait is 2 to 3 weeks because the client is living in the hotel right now.
