So far It's on Zillow, Craigslist, I have a 3'x 8' FOR SALE banner posted on the property, and I'm sending marketing materials to area commercial contractors, medical commercial contractors, urgent care chains doing business in NJ, and the same for dental. 

A large medical company just bought the hospital nearby and is projecting job growth of something like 15% in the next 10 years. 

That statement is true for any and all professions and that includes our licensed doctors, lawyers, police officers, local mayors and heck the president of the United States too.
