I must have poor intuition for this sort of thing, because it doesn't make sense to me why apartments would be seen as "normal" living spaces and mobile homes are often seen as trashy.

My larger mailing I go to a print store where I get bulk pricing and they can do it so much faster.

Nobody could come close to giving you a max cost price for this sort of deal.

The reason I suggested door and shutters is that I am not at all a fan of doors being painted in a stand alone accent color that doesnt in some way blend with the larger color scheme.

Larger master baths Ill do in satin, semi-gloss on the rest for greater moisture resistance.If there is color on the walls I like flat white ceiling as the flat reduces shadowing which highlights imperfections, and flat white "lifts" the ceiling while darker colors "lower" it.

The larger metro areas typically have much greater swings. 

I am not a big fan of debt but it does help achieve larger goals.

Hi Naveen...thanks for the reply.....You're right $200000 is non existent in our area so Im actually looking out of state...Going to Austin on January 30...I understand the trends are very similar to the Bay Area...lack of inventory,multiple offers so on...that doesn't scare me away ;0) For my dolling up and reselling goals I do have a larger budget so will look here in the SF Bay Area....Love your email....What ate your goals?
