What are the 'norms' for the area for rentals in terms of landlord supplied appliances?

- you can pay X for land to build e.g. 60 apartments or pay up to Y to build up to 100 Units?

They are going to call and say there is a bedbug infestation, rats everywhere, no hot water, holes in the floor, the door won't lock, leaking roof, and the tub is cracked, oh, and the landlord refuses to fix all this.

I'll be taking a listing on a property this week that is literally the best piece of land for a roughly 200 unit SFH community around.

Landlords keep in mind that while interest rates are low you should look into refi'ing rentals but I do not recommend 30 year terms. 

I noticed the combined land and building values are BOTH $99,075.

The odd part is that the room entry is right off the front entryway where there's a tiled landing.
