I have not had any direct interaction with them whatsoever.

I learned about them at my brokers office and they not only take quality pictures but they also do interactive floor plans (the ones that show the picture while your mouse hovers over the different rooms) and also virtual tours.

A 3rd party custodian (trust company, generally) is good for static investments that do not require quick funding or much in the way of ongoing maintenance.For investments that are more interactive in nature, a Checkbook IRA LLC or Solo 401k may be the better option.  

I believe anyone who has had interaction with me would agree.

Because action doesn't occur without interaction. 

We consider our income passive because we have very minimal interaction with guests.
