New Guy from just South of Nashville

Hello everyone!  So glad I found this site.  What a wealth of information!  I live in Murfeesboro, TN  which is about 25 miles south of Nashville.  I have been in the real estate business for about three years now, so I am still fairly new.  My wife has been a real estate agent for about 8 years and she is the one that introduced me to the business.  We currently own three rental properties and have done two flips thus far.  I am looking to do more flips and slowly add to my rental portfolio.  I would eventually like to get into some developing down the road as well.  I look forward to interacting with everyone on this site and want to thank everyone in advance the for the knowledge they contribute to this site.
