We have had vacating tenants requesting the color swatch for paints she had mixed & used in their apartments, so they could paint their new abode.Grey shades were in for some time, but now the trend is to pure whites that are tough to keep clean but the young kids like it.

Interest rates do not look like they are slowing down any time soon, and the prices of homes will very likely only continue to follow that trend as well.  

I’d say the trends I’ve noticed with off-market deals that I’ve been involved in is the seller has usually owned the property a long time and has significant equity.

My question is, with interest rates going up and us hitting the top of our monthly budget with homes/townhomes that are $450k in Denver, is it worth it for us to buy and live in a townhome for two years that we don't much like just so we can build that $80k to $100k in equity (if trends continue the way they are) with the intention of using that equity to better position ourselves for investing in the next 2 years?

Courts in your state may have a particular trend in handling these matters.

Hey BP,Like many of you, I have been reading religiously about where the market currently is, the upcoming market trends,  & a potential market correction.

The other trend that I can see is that people look at what 600k can buy you in the Bay Area (nothing) and then they realize thats luxury in Milwaukee and they can work remote anyways.

Columbus, OH is a great market and shows trends of only getting stronger!
