I feel if its a big company then they have trip charges, hidden expenses peppered in the management agreement.

There are some real gems here like Pembroke, Halifax and Kingston. 

There are lots of posts, but you should be aware of the hidden costs. 

My concern would be that's a lot of house to fix with plenty of opportunity for hidden costs.

I'd sit on it until late Q3 CY2016 and see what comes of it.If they're operating in Malvern, PA, I'd expect to be able to find some publicly available information about them, though the actual company name seems well hidden (* Red Flag *).

These are shown ad charges in a variety of ways, some of which are “hidden” as if they’ve been forgiven after a number of years.

This is a great area to invest in and there are still many gems out there. 

Plus different people look at properties differently and someone might pull up a gem that someone else just didn't "see."

Nothing is being hidden unless you are claiming fraud.
