@Sheik Salma it is a good strategy, although you have to be careful with it, as that would be your first wholesale property, so get around someone who did that him self, get some guidance.

There is more than one way to accomplish this, but I like this because it doesn't take specialists to install, just a little guidance and normal drywall and insulation crews can do it.
