Looking for attorney recommendations to create operating agreement for partnership LLC. Have worked with Bagwell & Assoc. and got halfway there but he just won't call us back or return emails to finish the agreement. He has not been responsive throughout the process.

I'm guessing that operating agreements are not a RE attorney's favorite thing to do or the most profitable, but really need to finalize this partnership operating agreement and still need some guidance. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
