A little bit about my skill set:I graduated in 2014 with an accounting degree from a top 20 undergraduate business school and have been working for the past 2.5 years in a finance rotational program for a Fortune Global 100 company.

A little bit about myself, I grew up in Michigan and attended The University of Michigan.

Developers are almost universally asset rich and cash poor.  

Two nearly universal truths about tenants: none of them are as clean as you are in your own house, and you will be habitually disappointed in them if you use your home's standard as the benchmark to which they should aspire. 

Columbus is a very strong market, though mostly between downtown & the university from what I understand... which has seen a huge influx of money in the last 5 or so years.

On a personal note - my wife and I both work at a university here called Bethany Global University.

My friend who is a University of Washington grad has a lot of systems.

There is also a major university planned off of the Tollway.Here is pic of home that sold today.

Commodities globally have taken a huge dump in 2016 and I guess I'd say the only place prices can go is up.
