Fort Worth, Cleburne, or Waco Texas Rental Property under 70k
Hello Everyone!
I am located in California with a rental property in Sacramento. Now, I am looking forward to set foot in Texas! I lived there before (Cleburne) and love the area. My target is a rental unit 3/2 at least or 3/1 will be still O.K. My prince range is under 70k all cash. Looking at Cleburne Texas, it seems rent will be around $750 to $1000 for a SFR. However, due to being a small town, how rent demand looks like? Same question and target for Waco. I will be doing my move late February. However, I want to get in contact with local investors property managers and anyone that my find a win-win situation! I love partnerships and share good experiences with others. Please advice if these targets my fall into any other town near Fort-Worth Dallas areas.
Thanks again
