Real Estate Agent for Investing in Seattle Area

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Bigger pockets and I am interested in Real estate investing. I currently have a rental and looking to add another property to my portfolio. I am looking for a real estate agent who can help in buying properties as an investment. My previous experience with agents is that they great to help you find a home for own use, but for investments I haven't had any good luck.

I am looking at Seattle, North Seattle and East side areas.

Thanks!

Good Morning :)

You may also consider interviewing some additional agents with experience working with investors.   When searching for investment properties for my clients, we often end up using non-conventional tactics such as marketing to "off-market" properties that fit the proper equity margins and desired locations.

Regards,

Jacqueline
