Do one task at a time in each app so you can compare apples to apples.Load a property with pictures and details.Market that property.See what your marketing looks like from the public's perspective.Submit a fake application to see how easy the process is.

.- Some pools are high maintenance (debris from trees, plants, difficult to balance chemicals, etc). and require a pool service.

Leverage allows you to plant more trees.

The market has declined and is over saturated because of this fake mindset.

So for us, contacting the Plant Managers or CEOs of these companies are key to getting the word out to potential tenants - and those are easily accessed via Linked In.Also, the Chamber of Commerce will have that info - as a member, you have access to that info as well.I would also look at the Glendale Association of Manufacturers, or some such group like that - here again, a membership gives you access to all the right info, then mail or call away.I certainly would want to get it all filled with one tenant, but don't be averse to two or three smaller tenants seeking expansion room.Just some ideas and angles to ponder.  

You must have (or atleast fake) the intention of moving in when you are signing the papers and that's it.  

Does any one have any opinions of the area beyond the closure of the power plant?  

Learning in a cold classroom in fake scenarios doesn't do much for me.
