We can all guess as to what happened but you should really speak with your PM and get the answer before complaining it was excessive.As for the 10% markup, that's probably explained in your agreement with the management company.

Hi @Emily Wilson, this may be a glitch that appeared a few days ago, which would explain the odd resurrection of many threads recenty.One thing to make sure of, if there are enough responses to need multiple pages, you'll be on the 1st page by default and that may be related to why you aren't seeing current posts.

I actually explain this to my tenants three different times at the beginning of a tenancy...verbally, in their welcome letter, and it's also written into the lease that they sign.
