And the hotels here are starting to look busier every day. 

I found my deal from the MLS. 99.9% of the wholesale deals I get sent are junk and higher priced then I can get by checking mls every day finding under rented deals to rehab and raise rents. 

I committed myself to writing a blog every day this month about the lessens we learned if you care to read it.

But that's literally the worst thing you could do for yourself since it's not what you do everyday and you don't know the ins and outs of what gotcha's to look out for. 

What you experienced happens every day...unfortunately. 

The lure of investing in a syndication is that you are investing with a professional that does this type of work every day.
