but there are turnkey rental properties for under 20k, the work needed would just be cosmetic if you were inclined to enhance, but other then the drab walls and tile ceilings...there are functioning!

I'm confused because the upgrade page says that even the plus (paid) account you only get a basic signature the same as the free accounts.Then in the forum rules page it says that after 10 posts you will be able to create a signature.I guess I just don't understand the difference between the basic and enhanced forum signatures.Can someone please explain this to me?
