Selling during the Holidays

How do you guys approach selling (retail) from October to December? I have two rehabs to be ready to market during these times. I usually avoid inventory during the fall months due to holidays, vacationing, etc.

Just remember there are a lot of other sellers that think the same way you do....what does that mean? Less Inventory! I have found that the folks looking around the holidays are serious buyers therefore; it may feel slower but in reality a better quality of buyers.
