@Brad Larsen runs a great property management company in San Antonio and is very well connected to the investor community.

They are very knowledgeable regarding fund design but mostly act as a high priced facilitator to connect you with securities counsel.

Looking to make some great connections and help continue to grow this office. 

@Jesse Kerr the disconnect, in our opinion, is doing everything yourself and keeping it in your head VERSUS a good PMC having to document everything and communicate it effectively to all parties.As the owner, you can make immediate decisions, saving LOTS of time!
