Starting my investing journey finally

I just starting my investing journey with my brother. Currently living in Madison but looking to invest in the Milwaukee area as prices aren't as crazy it seems. When I wasn't in the position of buying rentals I was just absorbing information. I'm interested in BRRRR's with single and multi family. Something with cashflow which Madison seems to lack. Im excited to finally start, learn more, and connect!
