Connecting with wholesalers

Dan Kim
Posted

Hi! My name is Dan and for the past 2 months, I have been searching for my first fix and flip opportunity. I'd gladly appreciate any connections to wholesalers who could work with me. My buy box consists of a 2 bed/2 bath minimum property within 30 miles of Columbia, MD. Thank you for your time and look forward to connecting.

@Dan Kim Yes, call them and start to establish a relationship. The dispo agent has contact info on there. You want to see the deals they get and move before they go to those platforms.
