You definitely don't have to reinvent the wheel.  

Check with your State Finance Department and ask how you will be classified as a dealer/lender in wheeling and dealing !!!!

I like that if you are working a full time job you can use things already set up like a website, mailers, scripts and not have to invest time reinventing the wheel.

And, it's not just newbies, we have old timers, the street corner guys that have been wheeling and dealing from the old days that still can't grasp underlying issues of what they post.

In my humble opinion, It's completely unnecessary to recreate the wheel and repeat rookie mistakes.

However, older homes can have a burden of under $100.00 a year versus $1,600 a year in a bad neighborhood.There is a great book called "Deals on Wheels" by Lonnie Scruggs for more information on flipping homes.

Every other tiny house I’ve seen looks like a narrow repurposed tough shed on wheels for oompah loompas.

I created the following documents: revocable trust, last will, pour over will, power of attorney (medical, durable).

It would probably use wheels every few feet for the floor (no carpet would work) though tracks on the floor would be more stable, with a track every few feet on the ceiling. 

If we're taking money from them, they also have a hand on the wheel.
